Mustard: my favourite condiment. On this page, I will rate and review various mustards, giving each a MustardMarks score.
The MustardMark is a numerical quantity that I attribute to a mustard, and is a function of how much I like it, and the mustard's perceived spiciness.
A higher MustardMark score is better, and is increased by a mustard being spicy and tasty. It should be made clear that my MustardMark scoring system is entirely subjective, and reflects my
personal preference, which is spicy mustard from Polish brands.
The MustardMark can take a value between 0 and 100 inclusive, and consists of two components, taste and spice, which can both take numerical values between 0 and 10 inclusive.
The MustardMark is the product of taste and spice:
MustardMark Score = taste * spice
In order to keep MustardMark values concise, only integer values must be given to taste and spice.
