Welcome to nthpulse.net, pronounced "enth pulse" (like 2nd, 3rd, 4th ... nth).
I am a vintage computing enthusiast, electronics hobbyist (also studying electronic engineering) and amateur guitarist and bassist.
This site is a creative outlet and a way of documenting and sharing anything I think worthwhile, while providing a late-90s web experience.
Everything here is authentic, sincere and made by a person. Absolutely zero usage
of AI is involved in any of my publishings.
Listed below are my interests and things I'm a nerd for:
Writings: articles, written guides and blog
Projects: my projects with descriptions, technical details and sources
Music: recordings and tabs that I transcribed, possibly the music I like too
Code: code I've written which is good enough to let other eyes see
Photo: my photos, likely in low resolution taken using dated technology
Links: websites I like and/or endorse
This website supports both HTTPS and plain HTTP, and contains zero javascript, allowing
compatibility with old browsers, making this site viewable on old computers.
I have confirmed that it will appear as intended on browsers as old as IE4 (late 90s vintage).
The sub-domain old.nthpulse.net contains all of the same
content as the default domain, but has much more minimal appearance.
I plan on hosting a BBS on this domain which will be usable from machines as old
as the late 70s and early 80s with a suitable Hayes-compatible modem.
Any page on this website containing my intellectual property, will also have my chosen licence for that IP displayed on it.
Different pieces of IP will be licenced differently.
